Our process.Steadfast and thorough.

Our inspection process is not a race to the finish, whereby we provide you with some paperwork full of checkmarks and then quickly move on to the next inspection. YOU are our number one priority. To prove that, we are steadfast and thorough in our process. What's more, we provide you with a comprehensive report that includes photos and easy-to-understand explanations of our findings.

To maximize the benefit to you, we also utilize the most current and advanced technology, such as Thermal Imaging, in our inspection process.

Radon Detection is no longer a problem.

Radon is a naturally occurring, odorless, colorless, tasteless, radioactive gas produced from the radioactive decay of radium. It is found in most soils and earthen construction materials. The bad news is that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. after smoking, and it's the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency estimates that radon is responsible for more than 21,000 lung cancer deaths each year.

Data collected by the department indicates that 1 in 5 Florida residences have elevated radon levels. The only way to know the radon levels in your home is to test. It is a violation of Chapter 404, Florida Statutes and Chapter 64E-5, Florida Administrative Code to provide radon services without being currently radon certified by the Florida Department of Health.

Maintaining our technological edge, we only utilize continuous Radon monitors for testing. Some of the advantages of using a Continuous Radon Monitor is the precision of the sampling, the rapid turnaround time on the reports (report is available within hours after the test is complete), an easy to read report which shows hourly variations of Radon levels and the ability to report if tampering or ventilation occurs during the testing period.

Thermal Imaging.Uncovering the truth.

Thermal scanning with our infrared camera allows us to uncover moisture infiltration when the human eye is not able to pick it up. The most common finds that this type of imaging picks up are roof leaks, shower pan leaks, toilet leaks and moisture infiltration around windows and doors.

We pride ourselves on using the latest technology during all of our inspections. One cutting-edge tool we make use of is an infrared thermal camera. Human beings are gifted with a great ability to see, but what is crucial here is how can you see beyond what the naked eye can spot? Thermal cameras offer the best solution to this problem because they "see" by way of the energy or heat emitted by objects. As a result, a new coat of paint or a new application of plaster is no longer able to hide an active leak from being detected.
